Please fill in:

I would like to use the internet-based customer portal and expressly choose that Sutor Bank GmbH (hereinafter also referred to as the ‘Bank’) communicates with me by e-mail (1) and provides me with legally required information via the customer portal rather than on paper (2). I waive the sending of all documents in paper form. The terms and conditions for the Sutor Bank customer portal apply.

This consent can be revoked at any time by telephone, e-mail or in writing. The cancellation should be sent to: Sutor Bank GmbH, Hermannstraße 46, 20095 Hamburg (phone: +49 40-82223163, fax: +49 40-80801319, e-mail: info@sutorbank.de). In the event of cancellation, further communication will be in paper form by letter post.

re (1) E-mail communication generally takes place via the client portal and also includes the fulfilment of the Bank's reporting obligations and cases in which supervisory regulations expressly require such consent. The Bank shall use the e-mail address provided to it by the customer on one of its forms or by other means. The customer shall inform the Bank immediately of any changes to his e-mail address.

(2) In the customer portal, the customer can access information about his accounts and custody accounts and send electronic messages to the Bank. In principle, all documents produced by the Bank in the context of account and custody account management and, where applicable, asset management are made available to the customer via an electronic mailbox (exception: documents for which legal requirements or special circumstances make postal delivery necessary).
